Located on the southside of Aiken, Smoothie Groove, offers healthy options with a unique spin on all natural smoothies and juices. The bases are almond milk, coconut milk, and coconut water. Other ingredients include a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Customers have the option of creating their own smoothies by choosing two fruits, a green (spinach or kale) and a base. In addition, immunity-boosting shots (wheatgrass, turmeric and ginger) will be available along with juices. Food is also available for purchase such as avocado toast, house kale salad and three sandwiches to choose from (chicken salad croissant, a spinach turkey wrap and a veggie panini).
