Take-A-Hike

The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department announces the Take-A-Hike event on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 10:00am – 1:00pm at the Beverly D. Clyburn Generations Park 700 Mack Henry Holland Drive, Aiken, SC 29801.

Join us for a guided group hike through one of the City of Aiken’s newest parks to learn about the best places for hikes in and near Aiken, hiking tips & tricks, and basic first aid for trail walkers. Hiking lets you explore the natural world, exercise, enjoy time with friends and family, or grab a moment of silence alone.

-Cost: Free
-Register in person at Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior & Youth Center or Odell Weeks Activities Center.
-All ages are welcome.
-Adults must accompany children 13 and under.
-Participants will receive light refreshments.
