Movie in the Park

On March 9, 2024, the City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department will host a Movie in the Park.  The movie will be shown in the tiered amphitheater area at Beverly D. Clyburn Generations Park, located at 700 Mack Henry Holland Drive.

We invite you to help us choose the movie for our March 9 event. Please visit the City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism’s Facebook or Instagram page (facebook.com/AikenParksRec or Instagram.com/AikenParksRec, respectively) to vote for your preferred film from the following options: Trolls Band Together, Camp Hideout, or Super Mario Brothers Movie. The voting period will run from January 9 to January 23, 2024. Your input is greatly appreciated!

Once you’ve cast your vote for the movie of your choice, make plans to join us! The film will begin shortly after sunset, but bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family, and friends out a little earlier to enjoy some pre-movie entertainment. We will also have food truck vendors on-site to purchase refreshments for the ultimate movie experience. Help maintain the park’s cleanliness by disposing of all trash in nearby receptacles, and please refrain from bringing tobacco or alcoholic beverages. For more information, call 803-642-7631.
