EQUUS Film and Arts Fest/The Mustang Summit

The EQUUS Film and Arts Fest is the leading global platform for showcasing domestic and international equestrian content. It features films, documentaries, short films, music videos, commercials, training and educational materials, arts, and literature. The festival showcases a wide range of equestrian topics, including equestrian-assisted mental and physical therapy, documentaries, and much more. EQUUS aims to enhance awareness and understanding of the unique relationship between horses and the people who love them.

The Mustang Summit is one component of the EQUUS Film and Arts Fest. The summit seeks to educate the general public about the American Mustang Horse. It is a platform where Mustang enthusiasts and the general public can learn, express views, share experiences, and discuss issues openly. The summit creates a safe environment for people to ask questions, listen, and learn from experts. It also includes training sessions and demos with young Mustangs, which helps attendees understand more about the American Mustang Horse. The panels will discuss Mustangs in relation to mental health, youth programs, successful training, competitive events, correctional facilities, and Veteran’s programs.

The event will occur at Aiken Equine Rescue, 532 Glenwood Drive in Aiken, SC 29803. The event is also a fundraiser for Aiken Equine Rescue.
