The Trenton Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is sponsoring a Creative Historic Preservation event on November 4th. Two artists will give short presentations about their unique method of preserving history. Amy Vaughn of Glass with a Past Gifts will explain how she uses relics found in ancient trash heaps to make jewelry. Meghan Hudson of h.made studio will talk about how she captures memories and experiences in useable art of vases and serving pieces. The Creative Historic Preservation event will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church and starts at 11:00 am. There is a $10.00 ticket charge which includes the presentations, shopping opportunities, and a light lunch. Advance ticket purchase required.
