Chancel Choir & Orchestra Concert

St. John’s Methodist opens its doors to the Community on March 24 at both 8:30 and 11:00 am services for a special music experience featuring their Chancel Choir and Orchestra of St. John’s
performing Stabat Mater by Sir Karl Jenkins. This profound and moving music embodies the experience of Mother Mary witnessing the Crucifixion of Jesus.  Jenkins uses musical forms that recall Middle Eastern music along with music with more modern sounds and weaves them in so flawlessly that is sounds like you are listening to a beautifully composed movie soundtrack.
