Robyn Noelani Arnold is a dancer and choreographer from upstate South Carolina who specializes in ballet, improv, and modern dance. Her new works explore how to grow as humans through life and art. Robyn has danced professionally with Vaughn Newman Dance Company in Greenville since 2019. She has studied with the Cincinnati Ballet, and with dance companies in New York City, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In 2022, Robyn was a recipient of the South Carolina Arts Commission “Emerging Artist” grant.
Most recently, Robyn choreographed and directed a dance film based on the five stages of grief (funded by the SC Arts Commission), discovered a love for improvisational dance, and finished her third season with Vaughn Newman Dance in their concert, “Concrete Roses.” Robyn will be unveiling a new project for her performance at the Etherredge Center.
