Chefs at the Palmetto Seafood Bar & Grill uses their own recipes and the dishes are are cooked fresh to order. Their homemade specialty is the garlic butter sauce. The menu includes snow crab legs, shrimp, fish, scallops, oysters, and lobster tails. Special dishes include seafood mac and cheese, the Palmetto house salad and Palmetto seafood pasta. Loaded baked potatoes and French fries are made with crabmeat and fried shrimp. Non-seafood items are available such as chicken tenders and rib-eye and T-bone steaks.
