Founded in 2010, Stable View has quickly evolved into one of the East Coast’s finest equestrian training facilities.  It is the winter training facility for Olympic event rider Boyd Martin, and his wife Silva Martin, a Grand Prix dressage rider.  

This past fall, Stable View held Aiken’s first Advanced level event with unprecedented prize money at their Advanced Oktoberfest Horse Trials.  The new advanced cross country course, which received rave reviews from competitors and spectators alike, was designed by Captain Mark Phillips and constructed by Eric Bull of ETB Equine Construction.

In May of 2016, Stable View was also recognized by the USEF as one of 14 Elite Training Centers throughout the United States.  This program recognizes venues that have provided US Equestrian High Performance Teams training facilities for one of the nine representative equestrian disciplines.

Year round, Stable View also hosts a wide variety of equestrian events, ranging from schooling shows to USEA, USEF and USDF sanctioned events, horse shows and hunter trials.  Come and enjoy Stable View’s “Under The Stars” dressage and jumper series, attend the William Fox-Pitt clinic, or enter one of their USEA recognized events. 

What makes Stable View unique is that it is truly “A Gathering Place” for the surrounding community and for tourists who travel to Aiken as well.  In addition to their impressive equestrian offerings, the 1000 acre facility also hosts Chamber of Commerce events, Weddings, and has 13 separate lodging options to suit those looking for a weekend get-a-way or a larger corporate retreat.
