27-hole Championship golf course designed in 1974 by Joe Lee, who planned the likes of Doral, La Costa and Disney World.
The three nines provide pleasure to the average golfer and a memorable challenge to the champion. Each measures a little over 3,300 yards and plays to a par of 36. The Dogwood and Laurel nines have played host to two South Carolina Amateur Championships, two South Carolina Golf Association Four Ball Championships, the 2001 and 2002 PGA Pro Junior Championships, several United States Amateur Qualifying events and is the home of the Women’s Eastern Golf Association Senior Championship. The club also is home to the Houndslake Guest House with 34 luxuriously appointed guest rooms. In addition, both golfers and guests will enjoy the club’s facilities including three restaurants, swimming, tennis and special events.
