HIC Warehouse is a indoor and outdoor skatepark. A waiver must be signed by a parent for those under 18. Hic Warehouse sells drinks and snacks as well. Hic Warehouse often hosts bands on weekend nights and will keep the park open till 12 AM on some occasions.

Price to skate is $3 per day. Passes are $12 for 1 month, and $100 for a year pass.
