The Harmony River Chorus, Augusta, Georgia, is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International --a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting barbershop harmony through education and performance.We can be heard throughout the year, singing for civic and charitable organizations, private groups, churches, community events, and fundraisers. A typical performance package lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes a variety of well-known melodies from the 1920s all the way to today’s favorites. Add a sprinkling of patriotic and gospel numbers, a quartet or two, and perhaps a comedy number (WARNING: MAY INVOLVE SOME WILD COSTUMING), and you have an evening of entertainment sure to delight everyone in your group!
