CASEY MAXWELL CLAIR has worked in the entertainment industry for over thirty years. She began her career designing major motion picture campaigns and subsequently served as the Director of Advertising for Warner Bros. and ABC Motion Pictures, as well as Vice President of Advertising and Promotion for CBS Television Network. After that, she spent the next decade as a successful comedy writer and television producer, working on sit-coms such as “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and “Step by Step” as well as many others. Ms. Clair authored the well received “Still Single: Are You Making Yourself Unavailable When You Don’t Want to Be? What to Do About It” (St. Martin’s Press), a book on relationships in which she explored her own penchant for choosing unavailable men. She examined ways in which to change this behavior and promptly met an available man with whom she fell in love; they have now been married for seventeen years. Clair and her husband, producer and screenwriter Christopher Beaumont, have taught classes and given seminars on writing at UCLA, as well as in several cities around the world. They live in Los Angeles surrounded by their beloved, blended family, and are currently at work on a new feature screenplay.

CHRISTOPHER BEAUMONT, actor, writer and producer, grew up around the legendary writers who created the iconic show, The Twilight Zone. His father, Charles Beaumont, wrote twenty-two episodes of Twilight Zone, as well as numerous films, short stories and novels. Chris lost his father when he was seventeen years old to a rare strain of Alzheimer’s Disease at the age of thirty-eight. Three years after that, his mother lost her battle with Cancer. Chris became an actor for the worst reason in the world; for the money. But he had two younger sisters and a younger brother to raise and he needed an income. Luckily it worked out, and for the next ten years, he paid the bills with acting jobs on “The Brady Bunch,” “Streets of San Francisco,” “Room 222” as well as many others. This period of Christopher’s life was even turned into two separate Movies of the Week on ABC and NBC. After that, Chris gave up acting to pursue writing full time and has written over sixty hours of television, mostly in the one-hour form. He worked as writer/producer on several television series, including “Fame”, “Bridges to Cross”, “Highway to Heaven”, and many others. He recently wrote a feature film script about his father, entitled “Run From the Hunter,” which has been optioned by producer Don Murphy of Angry Films. Christopher has written several pilots and television movies for all three networks. He has also teamed up with his screenwriter wife, Casey Maxwell Clair, to develop several feature film and TV pilot scripts
